Delivery POLICY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days, and will let you know via email once dispatched. We offer Free standard delivery to the UK an orders over £30.
Within the UK, standard delivery takes 3 - 5 working days, charge is £1.65. ​
For tracked delivery within the UK, charge is £3.20 (excludes Channel Islands). ​

For orders within the European Union, please use our Etsy Shop.

For orders in the Rest of the World, standard delivery takes 7 - 10 working days and charge is £5.70.
For tracked delivery, charge is £10.35.

While Gaia Remedies takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it cannot be held responsible for the late or non-delivery by postal services or appointed carriers. Delivery charges and promotions are subject to change without prior notices.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you change your mind about the purchase, or if they’re dissatisfied with a product, we have a straightforward refund or exchange policy.

Customers have 14 days to evaluate and return their purchase, as long as it has not been damaged, opened or used, and that no labels have been removed. The item(s) should be returned in their original packaging (in a saleable condition). You may return the item(s) for a full refund or an exchange at your discretion.

We can only refund to the same Paypal account used for the original purchase; if this has expired, then refunds will be made by way of bank transfer or cheque in GB Pounds only.
Where the product you received was either faulty or not as ordered then we will refund your return postal costs. We recommend that all returns be sent by registered (or ‘signed for’) post, as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us.
